six6es Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall apply wherever used, whether in the singular or plural:

• "six6es" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to six6es.pro, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and any agents or contractors operating the platform on their behalf.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any registered user of the six6es platform who has created an account in accordance with these Terms.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, used to access platform services, manage funds, and participate in games and betting markets.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sports market, casino game, live dealer table, or any other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account by six6es as part of a promotional offer, as distinct from real-money deposits.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, age verification, and proof of payment method, required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the primary operating currency of all six6es player accounts.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which access to or use of online gambling services is unlawful or restricted under local law.

By accessing six6es.pro, creating an account, or using any service offered on the Platform — including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, and any promotional offerings — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and six6es with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

six6es reserves the right to require Players to re-confirm acceptance of these Terms at any time, including following material amendments. Access to certain platform features may be withheld pending re-confirmation where required.

Access to the six6es platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum and is not negotiable under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal recreational purposes only, not on behalf of a third party, business, or organisation.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of placing any bet or accessing any gaming service.
• You are of sound mind and are placing bets of your own free will, without coercion or undue influence.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of six6es, its parent company, or any of its affiliated software or payment providers.

six6es reserves the right to request additional age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

To use the six6es platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one active account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile number, and a functional email address.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point during the account relationship is truthful and accurate. six6es is entitled to rely on this information when processing deposits, withdrawals, and verifying identity.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure.
• Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, CNIC, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any winnings derived from them will be voided.
• six6es reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.
• Account registration on behalf of another person is not permitted. Each account must be operated solely by the registered account holder.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. six6es strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account, which can be activated from the account security settings.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and personal information updated — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you notify six6es promptly that your account has been compromised.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team via live chat immediately and change your password.
• six6es will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our security team.
• Accounts that show evidence of compromise, unusual activity, or suspected fraud may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is conducted.

All six6es player accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits are accepted via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. six6es does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All funds deposited into your six6es account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and KYC investigation.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delay, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
• six6es reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that triggers an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) flag or cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal, as a safeguard against money laundering through the platform.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals to a different payment method may be permitted following completion of enhanced KYC verification at the discretion of the six6es payments team.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of your CNIC (front and back) and proof of your registered payment method. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawals held in a pending state until verification is finalised.

• Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT on a business day are processed the same day for verified accounts.
• Requests submitted after 5:00 PM PKT, or on public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Requests below this threshold cannot be processed.
• six6es does not apply withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may charge a receipt fee.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only real-money winnings generated after meeting the applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

six6es offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal cricket and PSL betting promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which take precedence over this general section where they conflict.

General bonus conditions applicable to all six6es promotions unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified. Bonus balances remaining after expiry are forfeited.
• six6es reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or void winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using the bonus, arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk, and use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once.
• Free bets and bonus credits are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met.

All bets placed on the six6es sportsbook and all wagers on casino games are subject to the specific game and market rules displayed within the Platform at the time of play. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or market before placing a wager.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted only while a market is open. Once a market is suspended or closed, no further bets can be placed on that selection.
• In the event of a cricket match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or otherwise not completed as scheduled, settlement rules specific to the affected market will be applied. Match-specific rules take precedence over general terms.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted. In-play odds may fluctuate rapidly and the accepted odds are those confirmed at the moment the bet is placed, not those displayed on screen prior to submission.
• six6es reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error — after notifying the affected Player and refunding the original stake.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are set at the platform level and may vary by sport, league, or market type.

For casino and live dealer games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or by physical dealing from verified card decks at live dealer tables. All RNG games are independently audited for fairness in accordance with the requirements of six6es's international gaming licence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six6es platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime, including structuring transactions to avoid AML reporting thresholds.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or stolen identity or payment documents during KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology.
• Colluding with other players, platform employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games, poker variants, or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or miscalculated odds to place bets with a knowingly unfair advantage. Such bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner without prior written consent from six6es.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing six6es staff or other players via the live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

six6es is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a means of addressing financial problems. If gambling ceases to feel like entertainment, we strongly encourage you to make use of the tools and resources available through the Platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits — cap the total amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive automatic notifications after a defined period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days).
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion can be activated from account settings or by requesting it through live chat support at any time.

Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed until the specified exclusion period has elapsed in full. Requests to reopen an excluded account before the period expires will not be granted under any circumstances. This policy exists for your protection and will be enforced consistently.

All content available on the six6es platform — including but not limited to the six6es brand name and logo, website design, graphical elements, text, software, data feeds, odds compilations, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of six6es or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Using the six6es brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting data, odds, or market information from the Platform by any automated means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6es shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform.
• Interruption of service, technical failures, connectivity issues, or delays caused by factors beyond six6es's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, Pakistani telecommunications infrastructure limitations, and force majeure events.
• Errors in odds or game results that have been promptly identified and corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit six6es's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

six6es reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that a Player is under the age of 21.
• Discovery that a Player is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• At the Player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonuses, pending bet settlements, and any amounts subject to investigation will be returned to the Player via the most recently verified payment method. Balances subject to an ongoing fraud or AML investigation may be held pending resolution of that investigation.

Players may also close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting the six6es support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within one business day.

six6es reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they could reasonably be expected to affect a Player's use of the Platform or their rights and obligations — six6es will provide reasonable prior notice via the email address registered to the Player's account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Minor amendments, including typographic corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates necessitated by changes to the Platform's product offering, may be made without prior notice. The updated Terms will always be accessible on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter (whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise), are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which six6es holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and six6es, the following resolution procedure applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a formal complaint to the six6es support team via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint procedure, you may escalate your complaint to the licensing authority under whose jurisdiction six6es operates. Details of the relevant authority will be provided upon request.
• Step 3 — Independent Adjudication: Where escalation to the licensing authority does not resolve the dispute, independent adjudication may be sought through such alternative dispute resolution bodies as are recognised by the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of a dispute resolution process.
